Double-click a repo card. Saved assessments for that repo are listed, newest first. Click New assessment to start one.
Future or Past?
| Future | Past | |
|---|---|---|
| Use it | Before you build | After the work is done |
| It reads | The repo and your project description | The commits in a date range you pick |
| You get | Ranked SR&ED angles, then a plan of what to record | A draft claim report of the eligible work |
| Then | Pick the strongest angles and generate the report | Generate the T661 technical narrative |
Each one takes about a minute. You can keep working while it runs.
Before you run one
- GitHub is connected and the repo is on a project.
- The project has a description (reports stay locked until it does).
- Your team is added, with GitHub authors linked, so hours can be estimated.
Run your first assessment
The tour can open the repo for you.
This guide helps you prepare. It is not tax advice. Have your SR&ED preparer review your claim before you file.
